Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting (TAA) finalized its acquisition of Isabel Group’s accountancy portfolio, including cloud workflow automation and data exchange solutions such as CodaBox, ClearFacts, Clearnox, Zoomit, and Flowin, for €325 million. This acquisition aims to provide end-to-end accounting workflow solutions in the Belgian market. Wolters Kluwer emphasizes that the integrated solutions will help accountants and SMEs increase efficiency and improve client experiences through seamless data transfer and e-invoicing compliance. With over 8,000 accounting professionals and 380,000 SMEs as users, the combined portfolio enhances productivity and data accuracy significantly. Additionally, Marie Costers from Isabel Group will join Wolters Kluwer’s European executive team to lead the acquired solutions.
