Kompare, an independent comparator based in Croatia, has acquired Progreso Group, a Croatian loan agency. Founded in 2008, Progreso Group boasts over 100,000 users and multiple operational offices across major Croatian cities. The acquisition, facilitated by legal advisors Savoric & Partners, will enhance Kompare’s offerings by allowing users to compare and secure various types of loans, including residential, non-purpose, and refinance loans from 12 renowned banks such as PBZ, ZABA, OTP, Erste Bank, and Addiko Bank.
