EV Realty, Inc., an EV infrastructure development company, has announced the acquisition of a 2.15-acre site in Torrance, California. This site, strategically located near major transport hubs such as Interstate 405, the Ports of LA and Long Beach, and LAX, will be developed into a high-speed charging hub for medium-and-heavy duty commercial fleets. The move aligns with the National Zero-Emission Freight Corridor Strategy, identifying Los Angeles County as a priority for charging infrastructure. The acquisition was part of a $200 million joint venture with GreenPoint Partners. This development is expected to significantly benefit local communities by reducing diesel emissions and providing reliable charging infrastructure for commercial fleets.
