Japan-based classifieds and marketplaces company Zigexn Inc. has announced its acquisition of 100% of the used-goods price comparison site Hikakaku. The transaction will be executed as an absorption-type merger, and the deal is valued at JPY 394 million ($2.7 million). The merger is slated for completion on October 1, 2024.
