Sekyra Group, a Czech developer, has sold a new office project in Prague to Banka Creditas. Advised by law firm Wolf Theiss, the transaction involves a building that will become the new corporate headquarters of the Czech bank upon completion. Slated to finish within three years, the project will offer a leasable area exceeding 17,000 square meters. The legal advisory team from Wolf Theiss included Counsel Tomas Kren, Senior Associate Barbora Malimankova, and Associate Dan Schneeweiss. Further details of the deal remain undisclosed.
