The 175,000-square-foot building will serve as its new global headquarters. Purchased by Fashion Nova Founder & CEO Richard Saghian in an all-cash transaction, this modernist building will become a hub for innovation in fashion, technology, and social commerce. The new HQ will feature two key concepts: Nova Social Club, a collaborative space for influencers and creators, and Nova Founders Lab, an incubator-accelerator for emerging brands. Set to launch in late 2024, the facility aims to revolutionize workplace collaboration and further the brand’s global expansion.
