Niam AB, a prominent real estate fund manager in the Nordics, has successfully closed its Niam Nordic VIII fund with EUR 805 million in equity commitments, excluding co-investment capital. This is Niam’s second-largest fund to date. The fund focuses on high-growth real estate sectors, particularly residential and logistics, across the Nordic region. Despite challenging fundraising conditions, the capital was raised with the support of long-term and new investors, including major institutional investors from Asia, North America, Europe, the Middle East, and the Nordics. The fund aims to achieve high returns via portfolio optimization, active asset management, and development projects. It is anticipated that Niam Nordic VIII will be fully deployed by the first half of 2025.
