Apollo Healthco, in turn, will acquire shares in Keimed through phased primary and secondary transactions. Following these investments, Keimed will merge into AHL. Advent is a global Private Equity firm focusing on business services, healthcare, industrial, retail, and technology sectors. AHEL and AHL are prominent healthcare providers in India, with AHL operating the Apollo 24|7 platform and engaging in pharmacy distribution. CCI’s approval marks a significant step in the restructuring of Apollo’s healthcare operations.
