Redo, a post-purchase eCommerce platform, has successfully raised $24 million in a Series A financing round led by Pelion Venture Partners and Cervin Ventures. The investment will enable Redo to accelerate the development of a comprehensive suite of products aimed at enhancing eCommerce returns. Their flagship offering includes features such as order tracking, support tickets, at-home pickups, and package protection. The platform’s model aligns merchant performance with its own success by offering free software to eCommerce merchants, who in turn provide their customers with return or exchange options for a fee. Redo’s CEO, Sterling Snow, previously an operating partner at Pelion Ventures, brings substantial experience and leadership to the role. With past stints at Divvy and Jive, Snow aims to build on Redo’s strong management and company culture. The eCommerce returns market, valued at over $800 billion, offers a significant growth opportunity for Redo, which has already partnered with major players like Shopify.
