Brown Gibbons Lang & Company (BGL) has announced the addition of Seth Rosenfield as a Managing Director. Rosenfield, who has over 25 years of experience in information services, business media, and marketing technology & services investment banking, will co-lead BGL’s new Technology & Information Services sector alongside Brandon Dobell. Prior to joining BGL, Rosenfield spent more than 12 years as a Managing Director at Canaccord Genuity, focusing on similar industries. He also has prior experience at BMO Capital Markets, Scholastic Corporation, and Simon & Schuster. His appointment is part of BGL’s broader expansion efforts in 2024, including growing its sector coverage in Services, Infrastructure, Technology, and Healthcare & Life Sciences, as well as enhancing its Financial Sponsor Coverage team.
