Carebeans, known for its cloud-based digital care planning and management platform, was acquired by RLDatix, a global leader in connected healthcare operations software and services. River Capital’s investment, which began in December 2021, helped Carebeans grow significantly, including the acquisition of Standex Systems’ trade and assets. This exit yielded River Capital a 3x return on invested capital and a remarkable 60% Internal Rate of Return. Additionally, River Capital announced the opening of a new office in Manchester, further cementing its regional presence.
