Levine Leichtman Capital Partners (LLCP) announced its investment in Improve International, a global leader in veterinary postgraduate training and education. Founded in 1998, Improve International provides veterinary professionals with the skills and confidence to deliver compassionate animal care through state-of-the-art training facilities and engaging digital content. The company operates in 20 countries and offers courses in 9 languages. Heber Alves, Improve International’s CEO, highlighted the benefits of the partnership and LLCP’s expertise in education and medical training, noting it as essential for their next growth phase. This marks the seventh investment for Levine Leichtman Capital Partners Europe II, SCSp. LLCP acquired its stake from RJD Partners and the management team who were advised by various firms including EY, Capital Law, and Deloitte. LLCP was assisted by DC Advisory, KPMG, Deloitte, Willkie Farr & Gallagher, and CIL. The investment will focus on organic growth and strategic M&A to scale the business.
