With over 20 years at Schroder Investment Management, Debruyne’s career includes leadership roles in Hong Kong and London, where he spearheaded institutional, retail, and wealth management businesses. At Octopus, Debruyne will focus on market-leading capital raising and developing new high-growth investment strategies, both aimed at growing Octopus’ assets under management from £13.5 billion towards a target of £50 billion.
