Fintel plc, a Huddersfield-based FinTech and support services provider for the UK retail financial services sector, has completed its acquisition of Threesixty Services for £14.6 million in an all-cash deal. Threesixty Services, based in Manchester, offers compliance and business support services to over 900 independent financial adviser and discretionary fund management firms, totaling 10,000 advisers. The acquisition represents a revenue multiple of approximately 2.2x based on Threesixty’s 2023 external revenues of £6.5 million. This marks Fintel’s eighth acquisition in the past year, joining its expanding portfolio which includes AKG, VouchedFor, Competent Adviser, Micap, Synaptic, Owen James, and ifaDASH. Joint CEO Neil Stevens expressed confidence in the strategic fit and future growth of Threesixty under Fintel’s umbrella, emphasizing continued investment in technology and expansion of quality services.
