OpenFi’s core technology, SalesTalkAI, generates human-like interactions across WhatsApp, email, and social media, reducing the need for companies to hire more customer service representatives. CEO Sam Oliver believes this technology can provide superior customer experience while increasing profitability. Morvaridi, an experienced restaurant owner, supports the venture, citing the technology’s ability to deliver personal and human-like service.
