PureHealth, the largest healthcare platform in the Middle East, has announced the successful sale of its entire equity interest in Abu Dhabi Stem Cells Centre (ADSCC) and Yas Clinic Group (Yas Clinic). This move aligns with PureHealth’s strategy to streamline operations and reallocate resources to more profitable ventures. Consequently, specialised healthcare services previously offered at ADSCC and Yas Clinic will now be consolidated at Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City (SSMC), enhancing the facility’s capabilities. SSMC, the UAE’s premier healthcare complex, spans over 300,000 square meters and offers 732 beds, managing about 600,000 patient interactions annually. The sale is part of PureHealth’s broader initiatives to advance the Science of Longevity and provide integrated healthcare through its extensive network of hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare services.
