Lendistry, a minority-led fintech company specializing in small business loans and grant programs, announced the appointment of Clark Wen as its new Chief Financial Officer. He succeeds Jeffrey J. Alfano, who significantly contributed to the company’s growth, including securing a $100 million bond guarantee from the U.S. Treasury’s CDFI Fund and closing an $85 million Senior Notes Offering. Clark Wen brings over 15 years of experience in consumer finance and SMB lending, most recently serving as Managing Director at Crestline Investors. He aims to elevate Lendistry’s capital raising strategy and further support underserved communities. Lendistry CEO Everett K.
