Arada has partnered with Bright Capital Investment to establish a branch of the prestigious Reigate Grammar School within the Masaar megaproject in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. Scheduled for completion by 2027, the new campus will accommodate 2,700 students and provide a comprehensive K-12 programme. This marks the first British school branch in Sharjah and underscores Arada’s commitment to elevating the quality of life in its residential communities. Reigate Grammar School, founded in 1675, is one of the UK’s top private schools, known for its innovative educational approach and high academic standards. Bright Capital Investment, a UAE-based education provider, will operate the school. The new campus will feature state-of-the-art facilities, including a performing arts centre, a library, STEM Centre, sports facilities, and swimming pools. The initiative responds to the growing demand for premium education in Sharjah, driven by increased incomes, a large expatriate population, and an upsurge in demand from Emiratis. The school will be built on a 450,000 square foot plot within the forested Masaar community, which includes 3,000 villas and townhouses. In this collaboration, JSquare Capital served as the transaction advisor for Bright Capital. The project promises a significant enrichment of Sharjah’s educational landscape, aligning with Bright Capital’s goal to expand across the Middle East and Africa.
