This acquisition, valued at $950,000 and payable in cash, further solidifies ZoomerMedia’s position as the largest digital network in Canada with over 1 billion annual page views and social media engagements. The acquisition aligns with ZoomerMedia’s broader strategy to diversify its audience base, having already acquired several properties including Curiocity and CJOS 92.3FM. Reflecting on this deal, Omri Tintpulver, Chief Operating Officer of ZoomerMedia, emphasized that Mobile Syrup will enhance their technology content and provide new opportunities for like-minded companies to connect with audiences in the telecommunications, computing, gaming, and AI industries.
