Mega Uranium Ltd. has announced the acquisition of an additional 4,000,000 common shares and 4,000,000 common share purchase warrants of Green Shift Commodities Ltd. This acquisition was part of a private placement of units completed by Green Shift on June 21, 2024. With this purchase, Mega now holds around 9.8% of Green Shift’s common shares on an undiluted basis and 17.3% on a partially-diluted basis. Prior to this acquisition, Mega held 9,462,909 common shares and 8,474,242 common share purchase warrants, representing approximately 7.9% on an undiluted basis and 14.1% on a partially-diluted basis of Green Shift’s outstanding shares. Richard Patricio, President and CEO of Mega, oversees all of Mega’s securities in Green Shift. Both Mega and Green Shift are headquartered in Toronto, Canada. This move is in accordance with Canadian Securities Administrators’ National Instrument 62-103, which covers early warning systems and reporting requirements.
