LTIMindtree has announced the appointment of SN Subrahmanyan, currently Vice-Chairman, as the new Chairman effective June 27, following the decision of current Chairman AM Naik to step down. The transition was revealed at the company’s 28th Annual General Meeting. Subrahmanyan, also the Chairman and Managing Director of Larsen & Toubro, joined the board of L&T Infotech in January 2015 and was made Vice Chairman in May 2017. He was pivotal in the 2019 acquisition of Mindtree and subsequent merger with L&T Infotech, resulting in the formation of LTIMindtree. The outgoing Chairman, Naik, is credited with transforming LTIMindtree into a global technology consulting and digital solutions conglomerate. The company, which serves over 700 clients globally, employs over 81,000 professionals across more than 30 countries. Subrahmanyan expressed his commitment to advancing LTIMindtree’s legacy of trust, customer focus, and professionalism.
