St. Armands, a Florida-based commercial bakery, is known for its fresh and frozen bread products and custom baking services. This transaction, facilitated by Hyde Park Capital, aims to expand Engelman’s footprint and product portfolio in the southeast United States. Bernard Vroom, owner of St. Armands, expressed excitement about the partnership, while Engelman’s CEO Rob Hathy and President and CFO Paul Bell highlighted the commercial opportunities the merger would create.
