The asset, which spans 112,000 sqm, serves as Elgiganten’s distribution centre for the Nordic region. This state-of-the-art warehouse features automated high-rack storage, direct railway access, and holds a BREEAM In-Use Very Good environmental certification. The facility is fully leased to Elgiganten Logistics, ensuring long-term income stability. This acquisition expands Niam’s logistics portfolio to 285,000 sqm, reflecting the firm’s commitment to growing its presence in the Nordic logistics market. The seller of the property is a German fund managed by DWS, cementing a significant transaction between European investment entities.
