Golden Triangle Ventures, Inc. (GTV) has announced the signing of a Letter of Intent (LOI) to acquire Cargo Management Group, an all-encompassing shipping, logistics, and trucking operation. The acquisition from TK Zarro, LLC, aims to enhance GTV’s Entertainment Division under Lavish Entertainment. Cargo Management Group generated nearly $3 million in revenue in 2023 and maintains contracts with major corporations like JB Hunt and CH Robinson. GTV plans to integrate this business to strengthen its strategic expansion and solidify a scalable business model. Lavish Entertainment is focusing on a four-pillar business model covering logistics, staffing, equipment, and production, with the acquisition marking the completion of the logistics component. The acquisition is intended to provide GTV with a steady income stream and contribute to its flagship project, Destino Ranch, which aims to be a premier entertainment complex. Both Tom Zarro, owner of Cargo Management Group and primary note holder of GTV, and Steffan Dalsgaard, CEO of GTV, are optimistic about the acquisition’s future impact on shareholder value.
