Persistent Systems has announced the appointment of Vinit Teredesai as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective immediately. Teredesai will be taking over from Sunil Sapre, who is set to retire later this year. Teredesai’s appointment is aimed at providing enhanced financial leadership as Persistent aims to reach $2 billion in revenue. With over 28 years of expertise in accounting, taxation, fund raising, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate restructuring, Teredesai is poised to play a critical role in Persistent’s growth strategy. Previously, he served as CFO at LTIMindtree Limited and KPIT Technologies Limited. Vinit is a Chartered Accountant, Cost and Management Accountant, and Certified Public Accountant in the U.S.
