Kate Kavanagh, boasting over two decades of experience in marketplace and classified advertising, has been named the general manager of the AIM Group, as declared by founding principal Peter M. Zollman. The AIM Group, celebrated for its business intelligence and consulting services in marketplaces and classified ads, welcomes Kavanagh into its senior leadership team, which includes Katja Riefler, Jonathan Turpin, and managing editor Pavel Marceux. The appointment arrives amid a growth spurt for the AIM Group, which now holds almost 50 employees and services over 150 clients globally. Kavanagh, who has recently served as the managing director and group international sales director at The Network, is credited with achieving a fourfold increase in international sales and spearheading key initiatives like co-authoring The Global Talent Survey with the Boston Consulting Group. She has also held positions at Glassdoor and Totaljobs Group and is set to leverage her expansive expertise in support of the AIM Group’s continued expansion. In her new role, Kavanagh aims to bolster the management team, introduce new offerings, and drive forward the company’s strategic vision by harnessing her deep industry insight.
