Dengler, a long-standing member of Hill since 2001, has climbed through the ranks from Corporate Counsel to his current role. He has been pivotal in multiple capacities, including as Vice President and General Counsel, and most recently as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer. Dengler’s tenure at Hill is marked by his contributions as Corporate Secretary for the company and its global subsidiaries. In his new role, Dengler is tasked with identifying and overseeing strategic acquisition opportunities to boost Hill’s growth, overseeing negotiations, and ensuring seamless integration of merged companies. He aims to maximize value creation across all Hill’s sectors, which include U.S. Federal, Aviation, Rail and Transit, and Resiliency and Disaster Recovery. He will also manage Hill’s administrative functions and industry-specific practice groups. Raouf S.
